Pat has lived in Humboldt County for over 20 years, originally from Bayville, New Jersey. He graduated from Humboldt State University in 2005, and after graduation, he and his wife bought the Wildflower Cafe & Bakery in Arcata and ran the restaurant for the next 8 years. When their two kids were born they sold the restaurant and kept a separate business called Wildflower Specialty Foods (the Tofu-Tahini Line of products). Pat also worked on a local Oyster Farm and started a booth at Arcata's Oysterfest called the Osprey Oyster-house for a number of years.
Pat has been licensed since 2021 and worked with a high producing duo-team of agents for the first couple years, offering him fantastic insight to the behind the scenes of real estate prior to entering the sales field. With a solid foundation, Pat is now an independent agent and has helped buyers secure homes in a very competitive market in Arcata because he knows the area and market well, he's is a sharp negotiator, and proficient in his work - he knows what it takes to stand out and get the job done!
