Beth was born and raised in Hayfork, and has worked for the Forest Service and the Watershed Center, giving her extensive experience with our unique and amazing county. This local knowledge will prove to be very helpful to anyone engaged in a real estate transaction. Beth has had her real estate license since 2014, and she quickly adapted to the high volume sales pace of the TOP Properties office, then in 2017 took a short leave as her family grew by two; and in 2019 returned to work in a support role of Escrow Coordinator for "The TOPP Team" of Angela Riggs and Summer Bashore. She is still available to list and sell properties as well, and her enthusastic attitude and straighforwardness, along with attention to detail produces great results for her clients!

Beth is married to her "High School sweetheart", they have two young children, and like most Trinity County natives, they enjoy exploring the back-roads through the mountains, swimming in the rivers, and spending time with their friends and family during their off time.
